March 5, 2004 Author: vanishing Greetings; The bills are in for this month. They were actually a tiny bit lower for server costs, but Katsucon hit Vaz kinda hard. More precisely, it hit Doc kinda hard and we need to repay him because he went above and beyond for us. Thanks Doc, you are a Sarge among Medics. The prints have sold fairly well but we're still a little short, so I padded the monthly expenses a little. I hope you all understand. Anyway, the upshot is we still need money to keep this rolling. Everyone's been great the past few months, thank you all. With your help Vaz should be able to make a few more cons in the near future. Don't look for me though, as I hate you all and I want to crawl back into my hole now. I woke up this morning with the beginings of a cold, Yay one more problem to deal with. luckily I sent off all the paper work I had to deal with. Now I just need to wait for a shipment of mail tubes to come in so I can send off all the limited edition up prints. anyway I better get back to work. 9:07 A.M Updates, announcements and general whining Katsucon nods: People I should mention that I haven't yet, if I met you and I was supposed ot mention you and I didn't, sorry, and try giving me a heads up to let me know. The schedule is suppoed to be Mon, Wed, Fri. right now it's erratic and at best twice a week. Hopefully, as soon as I'm done dealing with SDCC (http://www.comic-con.org) things should go back to normal. Also I'm very bad about answering emails. I have a back log that I seriously need to get back too. Anyway, I hope you enjoy your stay. About the limited edition prints Since it's just me and vanishing to sort all these, the going is a little slow. Sorry bout that. It's yet one more reason the comic is slow to update. The first set of prints should be shipping out by tomorrow *Conventions:* Tentaivly I'm slated for Portcon maine: June 18 - 20 San Diego Comic con July 22 - 25 Otakon: July 31 - aug 1 I don't know how concrete these cons are, I'll let you know soon though. Also if things go as planned, I'll be attending comic con with machall. Updates: Right I'm running a little behind and kind of tired. Trying to run every aspect of this site aside just drawing is kind of waring me down. I have the pencils for the next comic done, but not sure I have the energy to finish them today. So I'll say the comic will most likely be up Friday, but I'll try to update again Saturday just so I can catch up.
